What do I need to bring with me when I come to check-in?

You will need to pay the first month’s rent and utilities with cash or a check. If you are planning to get a parking pass you will also need to bring enough money to pay for the pass. Your contract details the amount for rent and utility fees.

How do I get a parking pass?

Before you come to check-in or come by the office to get your pass you will need to fill out the parking application here. The parking pass cost is $50 per semester in the Fall/Winter and $25 per term during the Spring/Summer. We will not accept any parking applications prior to one week before the commencement of the contract. Once you have filled out the application you are responsible to come to the office, pay the parking fee, and pick up your pass. Here are two PDFs with some information about parking:

*You are not guaranteed a parking pass until the application has been filled out and the pass is paid for, in that order.

How many parking spaces are there?

We have 102 spaces and about 180 tenants so parking is first come first serve. We only sell 102 parking passes so you will be guaranteed a place to park if you purchase a pass. We are limited on guest parking (there are only 3 guest parking spaces), however there is on-street parking nearby.

When will the pool open and close?

The pool is open from May to September. These dates are subject to change based on the weather.
